Slashwriter is a Notion-inspired app for creating, organizing, and sharing documents online. It has a block-based collaborative editor, with many features including subdocuments, tables, equations, emojis, callouts, emojis, codeblocks with code highlighting, collapsible blocks, and all the base blocks (headings, lists, images, dividers, blockquotes...). You can organise documents into folders and share them to other users (you can give read or edit permissions to either anyone with your document link, or specific users by email).
